MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING SERVICES

SERVICE LIST

- Deep cleaning of all bathroom areas
- Kitchen cleaning including inside of microwave and outside of cabinets
- Clean inside of all cabinets and drawers
- All baseboards
- All blinds dusted only
- All floors will be vacuumed and mopped with appropriate house cleaning agents
- Clean vent fronts and switch plates
- Remove cobwebs
- Clean Laundry Room including machine surfaces and floor area

Inside Oven or Refrigerator

TURN IN KEY GUIDELINE REQUIREMENTS

Our house cleaning services include a final walk through before you pay before we leave to ensure total satisfaction. If you want to book us we would request 5 key preparation steps for success:

- Guaranteed access either hidden key or combination lock
- Cash or Card payment day of service
- Allow us to be the only company on site during the scheduled job time
- Have the water and electricity turned on for the cleaning crew
- Please double check that all cabinets/drawers are empty as our crew will not be allowed to clean them if they are full.
